Nice hotel for budget travelers.

Nice location, within walking distance to all historic sites and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was airconditioned, which is essential for this climate. Bed was old style hard one, which I actually like.

I wish there could be some electric kettle in the room, to make coffee/tea, and bottled water.

We liked the location, facilities, the breakfast, and the security and restaurant staff.

We didn't like the bathroom because it didn't have the stuff to put the personal cleaning things. We arrived at the hotel before 3:00 pm thst it the hour of check in, and we talked with the receptionist that we will come later and after 4:30 pm we came to the hotel and the room wasn't ready, at this time the receptionist was checking if the room was cleaned .

Great location

Great location, with the sites in the old town within 10+ minutes walk. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Area and hotel are safe. I was on the 7th floor and had a fantastic view.

This is a basic 2* hotel, but found the bed sheet and pillow case to be dirty. The WiFi was painfully slow at times.

AC and Fridge work pretty well. The location is just between Getsemaní and the city's historical Centre. Staff very helpful. Good experience with a tour that they offer me when I arrived.

Very old furniture, they need to invest on that. The first night I saw dodgy guests in the same floor, they were extremely noisy until 5am when Other guest complained and they told her to shut up.

Excellent location

Location is excellent. Staff was amazingly nice and helpful, especially Javier from the front desk. Beds are quite hard, but that was a good thing for me.

There's no hot water for shower. Bathroom could have used some maintenance. Noisy from outside.

Stil hotel is close to San Felipe's Castle so it take you 15 minutes walk to arrive and watch the beauty sight

Awesome location, so close to the historic Center. Stores. Restaurants,the Clock Tower, laundry next door, etc.The breakfast was good, the attendants were very nice and helpful.

Good value no frills in the center of Cartagena

The location is really great, and the staff were all very nice. The breakfast was simple but totally fine for what I needed. Great value.

The hotel is dated but it is obvious from the photos. Can be quite noisy due to single pane glass. No hot water, which is normal for Cartagena outside of top hotels.

Pleasant

The location of the hotel and the price for the room was very good. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. Lots of TV channels and the room has air conditioner which is very important in Cartagena. If need supermarket there is a large Éxito just 5 min away.

The hotel need renovation, it looks quite old. I didn't like that there was no hot water in the shower. Oh my god, how can hotel be without hot water. Breakfast.. every day same food.

Good location for good price!

Good location, just 5 minutes either from Getsemani, or from the historical center. At night there are some homelesses around, but it doesn't dengerous. Breakfast and wifi is OK, staff is friendly. If you ask for upper floor room, you'll have a nice view to the city and ocean.

Runned down hotel, which needs for maintainance. But nothing serious, it doesn't influence your stay.
